Meet the Team
We started 603 Beat Collaborative because we kept showing up to help friends with their events, music projects, or content — and realized this is what we love to do. So we turned it into something bigger.

Byron G (Byron Glenn) is a producer, beatmaker, and engineer from Nashua, New Hampshire. Starting his career in 2009, Byron is known for his soulful, boom-bap sound, influenced by golden-era legends like Madlib, J Dilla, and Pete Rock.In 2022, he released his debut instrumental album, Raincheck under Hellhound Publishing, and has collaborated with artists such as Cody Pope, Ruby Shabazz, Fee the Evolutionist, and REKS.
In addition to his production work, he is a live DJ and a sound engineer for the 603 Beat collaborative. His next instrumental album is set for release in the fall of 2025.
As a sound engineer, beat maker, and longtime live performer, he knows what musicians really need having been on both sides of the stage.
Byron works closely with artists to record and elevate their music, whether they’re tracking vocals, building full arrangements, or polishing existing mixes. He brings precision and creativity to every project.

With more than 20 years in the music and entertainment industry, Patrick has built a career around bringing events to life. From playing in bands to directing a full-length musical and providing lighting for an orchestra, he’s always been drawn to the technical and creative facets of sound.
Patrick’s passion led him to the University of Massachusetts Lowell for Sound Recording and Technology, where he honed my skills in live sound engineering by hosting a weekly radio show and managing live bands on WUML 91.5.
Since then, Patrick has managed stages and provided audio for hundreds of events, including the Lowell Folk Festival, Bacon Fest, the Berkshire Metal Festival, and Boston's National Night Out. Whether it’s DJing a wedding, providing equipment for a corporate event, or managing a large music festival, Patrick has the experience and gear to handle any sound needs.
The 603 Beat Collaborative is the culmination of this journey—a way for Patrick to continue sharing his passion for music and entertainment. He loves helping people have a great time and is committed to providing the highest quality content for every event.
